Plastic and metal liquid filled floating action ball pen with a twist mechanism, a stylus for use with touch screens and the choice of a blue or black refill. It can be configured with an insert panel which is printed in full colour on both sides along with a customised two dimensional floater that moves vertically when the pen is inverted. The other option is a three dimensional floater (without the insert panel) which requires a mould charge. The barrel can be manufactured in any PMS colour for an additional charge.
