📝 Who Can Apply?
To be eligible, your organisation must be:
- ✅ An Australian-registered non-profit
- ✅ Able to provide a valid Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) number
- ✅ Actively delivering initiatives in one of our focus areas
You’ll also need to:
- 📧 Email [email protected] with full event or program details
- 📄 Complete our Sponsorship Request Form
- 🗓️ Submit your request at least 2 months before your event
Our sponsorship budget is set at the beginning of each financial year and allocated quickly — early submissions are encouraged.
🚫 What We Don’t Sponsor
Organisations lacking financial or operational credibility
Events that don’t align with our audience or brand
Requests with minimal marketing return for PromosXchange
Salaries, capital works or general fundraising unless promotional benefit is a key component
International organisations or events
Charities or events already sponsored by our direct competitors
Controversial or high-risk events
