🔄 Need to Make a Change to Your Order?
At PromosXchange, we understand that sometimes things change — and we’ll do our best to accommodate adjustments where possible.
Once your order is confirmed, our team gets to work right away to ensure a smooth and timely production process. That said, there’s a short window in which changes can be made before your order moves into production.
🕒 Modifications & Cancellations
✅ Order Changes or Cancellations may be possible within 24 hours of order confirmation — before your job is transferred from Sales to Production.
❌ Rush Orders (including express and 24–72 hour jobs) cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed, due to immediate production scheduling.
💰 Cancellation Fees
If cancellation is possible, a 10% processing fee will apply to cover administration and order setup.
💬 Modification Fees
Some order changes (such as branding method, quantity, or artwork adjustments) may incur additional charges depending on the type and timing of the request.
