Water repellent unisex padded vest with water proof zippers, elastic drawstring at bottom hem and top of collar and fleece in pockets and inside collar with two zipped inner pockets, one with cord opening and the yoke can be opened for ease of decoration. Shell 100% polyester and Lining/padding 100% polyester.
